Managing Partner
Anna is the Managing Partner of Pension Architects, LLC, a Third-Party Administrator for employee benefits plans located in Costa Mesa, CA. Anna has extensive experience in qualified retirement plans. For over 30 years, she has consulted with clients on regulatory matters, plan design, and plan administration.
Before she started her pension career, Anna served in the United States Army. After the military, she began her journey in the retirement plan industry where she held significant positions, including the position of Vice President, Pension Operations for CNA Trust. In this role, she managed the pension administration, actuarial, marketing and compliance departments.
Anna earned her Bachelor of Science in Business Management at the University of Phoenix, in Southern California. She holds multiple designations as an Accredited Pension Administrator (APA) and Accredited Pension Representative (APR) from the National Institute of Pension Administrators (NIPA). She had also attained the designation of an Enrolled Retirement Plan Agent (ERPA) from the American Society of Pension Professionals and Actuaries (ASPPA).

Geoffery H. Ewertz
Partner
Geoff is a Senior Consultant for Pension Architects, LLC. He is also the CEO and Owner of South Coast Pension Services, Inc., a Third-Party Administrator for employee benefits plans located in Costa Mesa, CA. Since 1981, Geoff has consulted with more than 4,000 clients on retirement plan design, installation and administration. He has also lectured throughout the State of California on qualified retirement plans for the California Certified Public Accountants Education Foundation. He wrote and taught courses on retirement plans for the Foundation, which included: Qualified Retirement Plans, Maximizing Tax Benefits, Dealing with Problems in Pension and Profit-Sharing Plans and Retirement Plan Consulting issues.
Geoff has also lectured at various professional seminars about qualified retirement plans. He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, California Society of Certified Public Accountants, Tax Division of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, specializing in employee benefits.
Geoff earned his Bachelor of Science in Accounting from California State University, Northridge. He received awards for Outstanding Business Student and Top Accounting Student. He also had post graduate education in Finance at California State University Long Beach and in taxation at Golden Gate University.

Robert D. Valencia
Partner
Robert is a partner at Pension Architects LLC, a Third-Party Administrator for employee benefits plans located in Costa Mesa, CA. Robert served in the United States Army from 1979 to 1982. After the military Robert worked as a supervisor for United Parcel Service for 26 years. His valuable experience as a supervisor with this large organization prepared him for his next role. In 2011, he joined our leadership team as Manager, Pension Operations. He manages the customer service, government filings and benefit payments departments.
